At Ortunities LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we provide strategic outreach, relationship infrastructure, and deal management services on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy outlines our refund terms and is governed by our Client Services Agreement (CSA), Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

By enrolling in any Ortunities service tier, including Managed Representation (Tier I, Tier II, Tier III) or Roster Access, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. Strict No Refund Policy

All payments made to Ortunities LLC are final and non-refundable once services begin.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly Managed Core subscriptions

• Quarterly Roster Access subscriptions

• Setup periods

• Outreach campaign development

• Strategy preparation

• Deal tracking and relationship management

If you have any questions regarding scope, billing, or expectations, you must contact Support@Ortunities.com prior to enrollment.

2. Effort-Based Services; No Guaranteed Outcomes

Ortunities LLC provides strategy-driven, effort-based services.

We do not guarantee:

• Revenue outcomes

• Closed deals

• Brand partnerships

• Investor funding

• Response rates or engagement metrics

• Platform performance or account standing

Refunds will not be granted based on dissatisfaction with outcomes, response rates, deal approvals, or third-party decisions.

3. Subscription Billing & Commitment

Managed Representation tiers renew monthly unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Roster Access renews quarterly and requires a minimum one full quarter commitment.

• No proration will be issued for partial billing periods.

• Early cancellation does not entitle Client to a partial refund.

• Failure to utilize services does not qualify for a refund.

All billing is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Platform Enforcement & Account Risk

Ortunities operates through third-party platforms such as Gmail, Google Workspace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta platforms, TikTok, and other communication channels.

Platform suspensions, restrictions, algorithm changes, or enforcement actions are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

5. Client Non-Compliance

Refunds will not be issued if services are suspended or terminated due to:

• Client breach of the CSA or Terms of Service

• Violation of third-party platform policies

• Failure to maintain valid payment information

• Chargebacks initiated without contacting the Company first

• Misrepresentation, unlawful conduct, or prohibited activity

Client-initiated chargebacks constitute a breach of agreement and may result in collections action or legal enforcement.

6. Roster Access Removal

Roster Access provides exposure-based visibility within the Ortunities ecosystem.

Ortunities reserves the right to remove any Client from Roster Access at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Removal does not entitle the Client to any refund for the remaining billing period.

7. Dispute Resolution

All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to Support@Ortunities.com before initiating any payment reversal.

Refund disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Client Services Agreement and Terms of Service, including small claims court or binding arbitration where applicable, including the limitation on claims and jury trial waiver provisions contained therein.

8. Updates to This Policy

This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
